From the moment I arrived until the moment I departed, every interaction with your staff was nothing short of exceptional. Firstly, I must commend the front desk staff for their warm welcome and efficient check-in process. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly set the tone for my entire stay. Special thanks to Manoj, Mahak, Yash and the security guards going above and beyond to accommodate my requests and ensure a seamless experience.

The room was located perfectly on the 19th Floor with the view from the room excellent. Also the hotel location is perfect and centrally located near Connaught Place at Barakhamba Road. The breakfast was appetizing and good to the palete. We could not ask for more.

It is a good located hotel. Very close to metro as well, which is interesting, as distances are big in New Delhi. So the use of the metro is necessary. The staff is friendly and helpful, also the security guys. Special attention for mr. Frushen Pikki , who helped me checking in earlier. As well the women, which I forgot her name. I'm a bit surprised to read the negative reviews, which I totally don't understand. It is not my experience. I can recommend it, I stayed 5 nights.

People were friendly, room was clean and reasonably modern, food was good, staff were happy to provide assistance. The only real negative was that I couldn’t get a refund on my last night when I checked out early because a family member was admitted to hospital

Bigger and very clean washroom.Spacious and very clean room. Central and convenient location of the property.Beautiful view of the city from 21st floor.24 by 7 check in facility. Very courteous n responsive staff at the reception.

Totally new experience, it felt like I was staying at a Government Hotel, but they told me that it's a Corporate Hotel. Old building with big rooms. But they are with all the latest features and requirements. Impressive!! Calm and quiet environment. Not like other Hotels, where lots of hustle and bustle is going on. If you want to stay away from all that, this hotel is the best choice. Quite clean rooms. If you are in Delhi then you can feel that irritating polluted air. But here in the rooms, they were having air filters, which was making the air so much better. Room service is only available till 10:00pm. Limited but sufficient buffet in breakfast. Maybe it was not up to the mark but I was quite satisfied with it. The overall score I will give is 8/10. They still need to upgrade themselves. If they do, it can be the best.

I stayed 2 nights in Hotel Hans during my business trip in Delhi. the stay was very comfortable. The Hotel is in Great location, the historical shopping Mall Connaught Place is in walking distance, also the Subway stations are nearby. The staff waS wonderful. The hotel is well maintained. The beds were very comfortable , rooms are clean & equipped with air purifier. the front office executives were very helpful - they upgrade my booking with a city view room. The view from room is magnificent. I. especially, enjoyed the view of the sunset. Breakfast was fantastic. highly recommended the Hotel Hans for my colleagues & friends.
