I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding service and hospitality provided during my recent stay at HANS HOTEL. From the moment I arrived until the moment I departed, every interaction with your staff was nothing short of exceptional. Firstly, I must commend the front desk staff for their warm welcome and efficient check-in process. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly set the tone for my entire stay. Special thanks to Manoj, Mahak, Yash and the security guards going above and beyond to accommodate my requests and ensure a seamless experience.

It is a good located hotel. Very close to metro as well, which is interesting, as distances are big in New Delhi. So the use of the metro is necessary. The staff is friendly and helpful, also the security guys. Special attention for mr. Frushen Pikki , who helped me checking in earlier. As well the women, which I forgot her name. I'm a bit surprised to read the negative reviews, which I totally don't understand. It is not my experience. I can recommend it, I stayed 5 nights.

I stayed 2 nights in Hotel Hans during my business trip in Delhi. the stay was very comfortable. The Hotel is in Great location, the historical shopping Mall Connaught Place is in walking distance, also the Subway stations are nearby. The staff waS wonderful. The hotel is well maintained. The beds were very comfortable , rooms are clean & equipped with air purifier. the front office executives were very helpful - they upgrade my booking with a city view room. The view from room is magnificent. I. especially, enjoyed the view of the sunset. Breakfast was fantastic. highly recommended the Hotel Hans for my colleagues & friends.

Totally new experience, it felt like I was staying at a Government Hotel, but they told me that it's a Corporate Hotel. Old building with big rooms. But they are with all the latest features and requirements. Impressive!! Calm and quiet environment. Not like other Hotels, where lots of hustle and bustle is going on. If you want to stay away from all that, this hotel is the best choice. Quite clean rooms. If you are in Delhi then you can feel that irritating polluted air. But here in the rooms, they were having air filters, which was making the air so much better. Room service is only available till 10:00pm. Limited but sufficient buffet in breakfast. Maybe it was not up to the mark but I was quite satisfied with it. The overall score I will give is 8/10. They still need to upgrade themselves. If they do, it can be the best.

I stayed in Hotel Hans - on 25 oct 2022 only for 12 hours , checked in at morning 10am ..and check out around 9pm. Hans is huge property , right in the heart of DELHI on TOLSTOY ROAD, Walking Distance from connaught place , 1- The room was huge, very clean , T.v , Kettle, wifi was available ( not super fast though) , Bathroom was clean & toiletries were provided, 2- We were given room on the 16th floor , view was fantastic through the huge window . 3- Bed , Bed sheets were clean and comfortable , Running Hot water in the Bathroom. 4- Reception staff was good let us check in at 10 am .

I stayed at The HANS with my wife and 2 kids, stay was pleasant n very comfortable with fresh and delicious breakfast. Located at the heart of Delhi , connought place ... So metro n railway station is very near and moreover cab is available within just 5 minutes of waiting which you can book online for Airport or any other place ..... Will definitely stay here again.

Was close to where exactly I was supposed to go, like 5 mins walk to the place. The place was superb and staff were friendly. I would like to come there again.

It is a decent hotel at the heart of New Delhi. Location is great as it is surrounded with restaurants, shops and some of the scenic tourist spots in India. Staffs are very professional, specially at the reception area, housekeeping and the guards are always attentive of their guests too. Thank you so much for making our 3 night's stay wonderful.

Helpful and courteous staff, superb location, good room, view from the room, were all superb. Even though the restaurant options were not great, there are many options around and one can always get stuff delivered to the hotel. Though it will be better if you ask for cutlery from the restaurant you are ordering from as the hotel service used to take long to provide it and by that time the food used to go cold with no option of heating it up. The best part of Hans is its location. It is right outside the Metro station and very near CP.
